Jude has been WLA's Lead Pastor since 2017. Jude is happily married to his wife Nicole and has been since 1995. Jude and Nicole have five beautiful children: Ena, Adele, Mara, Judah and Arwen.

Lyall began his work as our Associate Pastor in 1997. He and his wife Julie have three adult children; Austin, Evan and Faith. Lyall and Julie are both graduates of Canadian Bible College in Regina which is now known as Ambrose University in Calgary, Alberta.

Graham has been part of West London Alliance Church since 2003. He lives in the Westmount community with his wife, Anne, and their two children, Jacob and Ashley. As Pastor of Community Life, Graham is passionate about helping people feel at home at WLA and find meaningful places to grow and serve.

Dave was born and raised in London and has been on staff at WLAC since 2011, where he currently oversees the Worship Arts ministry. He is a graduate of Redeemer University. He and his wife Maddy have two wonderful children, Eliana and Noah.

Daniel was born in Hong Kong. Daniel is married to his wife Evelyn. They have two children: Samuel and Ingrid. Daniel graduated from Canadian Theological Seminary (Ambrose) and Fuller Seminary.

Judith and her husband Steve live just outside London and are the parents of four children—Andrew, Christine, Adam, and Caleb. She has been part of the WLA family for more than 30 years and has served in Children’s Ministry for nearly 25 of those years.

Before becoming a full-time mom, Judith worked as a Registered Nurse for a decade. She continues to trust God for all He will do in and through her as she leads and cares for the children and families of our church.

Joshua started working at WLAC after he and his wife Megan moved to the London area in April 2025. Joshua oversees our student ministries, which includes Jr. High, Sr. High and Young Adults.

Barry Usher serves as a part-time Apprentice Pastor at West London Alliance Church. He and his wife Alicia have two adult sons, Matthew and Andrew. Their family began attending WLA in 2012 and is deeply grateful for the church’s biblical faithfulness, authentic fellowship, Christ-centred worship and discipleship, and commitment to the Great Commission.

Kim is a London girl. She graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an Administrative and Commercial Studies degree. She joined West London's Staff as Office Manager on January 1, 2012, after many years of administrative experience in the banking and financial services industries.

Rand was born and raised in Baghdad, Iraq. He moved to Canada in 2008 with his wife, Enas, and two children, Lana and Matthew, and became a part of the WLA family in 2012. Rand has been leading the Arabic Fellowship at WLA since 2015 as a lay pastor.
