The Equipping Ministry exists to develop faithful, Christlike servants who are equipped to lead, teach, and serve the church for the glory of God.

Through biblical instruction, mentoring, and practical training, we seek to identify, encourage, and equip those who:

• aspire to serve as elders and ministry leaders.

• desire to grow in rightly handling and teaching God’s Word.

• want to deepen their understanding of Scripture and apply it faithfully in ministry.

Our aim is not simply to prepare people for positions of leadership, but to cultivate humble, wise, and biblically grounded servants who can help equip others and strengthen the church in its mission.
