Dave De Smit was born and raised in London, Ontario.  He graduated from Redeemer University College in 2003.  After working in sales, and then playing drums in a band called Article One and for more than five years, he pursued the call into youth ministry and began working at West London Alliance Church in July of 2011. He currently oversees the Worship Arts ministry. He and his wife Maddy have two wonderful children, Eliana and Noah. Some of the hobbies Dave enjoys are golf, soccer, traveling, fitness training, reading and playing music.
