Leadership Camp is open to students entering Grades 7, 8, and 9 in the upcoming school year. Activities and teaching are designed specifically for this age group.
Absolutely! Returning students are welcome and encouraged to attend again. Each year brings new experiences, activities, teaching, and opportunities for leadership growth.
Yes! Students are still welcome to attend Leadership Camp even if they are volunteering at WLA Kids Camp the following week. We simply encourage families to consider the busy schedule and ensure students are prepared for a full couple of weeks of activity and involvement.
Please note: Students must be entering Grade 8 or 9 in order to apply to volunteer at WLA Kids Camp.
Yes! Leaders in Training Camp is a great opportunity for students to develop leadership skills, learn how camp programs run, and gain experience working as part of a team. Participation in LIT Camp is viewed positively when students apply to serve at Kids Camp in future years.
Leaders In Training Camp will take place from July 13-17, 2026 at West London Alliance Church.
Each day at camp will include team-building games, leadership and discipleship lessons, a wide game, and time to work on a week-long project. Every part of the week is designed to challenge students, build friendships, and help them grow in confidence, character, and faith.
Students are supervised by screened and trained leaders and volunteers. Leaders are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment for all campers.
Students should come prepared each day with a packed lunch. Snacks will be provided.
