Community Impact Trailer

 

 

"Then the righteous will answer him, saying, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you a drink? And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? And when did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?' And the King will answer them, 'Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.'"

New this fall, we have a Community Impact Trailer that goes downtown weekly with our Community Impact Team. 

The main focus of everything the Community Impact Team does is sharing the gospel of Jesus, caring for others as part of that mission. The team commits to walking in the community each week, sharing the gospel with those in need and supporting them by addressing practical needs. They have committed resources, time and energy to caring for the needs of those in our community, especially those in need in the city of London.

You can support the Downtown Community Impact Team financially by donating to the WLA Cares fund. Your gift will help the team care for the community through food, drinks, and essential items such as socks, undergarments, coats, and boots whenever possible. They also provide Bibles and other materials to encourage growth in Christ.

*You can donate to the WLA Cares fund by cheque or etransfer. Please include "WLA Cares" on the memo line of a cheque written to West London Alliance Church. Etransfers can be sent to payments@wlachurch.org; please include "WLA Cares" in the message box.
